FAQ's

Q. What size wristband should I order?
A. We publish a size guide on all wristband listings, but this is only a guide. Preferably measure around your wrist in inches prior to ordering. The wristbands are made of silicone and will stretch over your hand. The wristbands will fit snug or loose, whichever you feel the most comfortable with. We advise not wearing a band that is overly tight, it maybe uncomfortable or become accidentally stretched and could break.

Q. How to fit wristbands.
A. Please try to roll the bands over your hand and onto your wrist, when putting on and taking off. This method is preferable to over-stretching the bands to get them on or off.

Q. How to mount equine and animal patches?
A. Each patch has two holes pre-punched which allows them to be attached to straps, collars, rugs etc.

Q. Can I wear more than one wristband at a time?
A. Yes many customers already do this. You can also place equine and animal patches in a pocket, or attach them to apparel.

Q. Are the wristbands waterproof?
A. Yes, they can be used in all water sport activities, also in the bath or shower.

Q. If I want to return my order?
A. We offer a no quibble full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. We will raise a refund exclusive of carriage costs, as long as your order is returned to us within fourteen days of purchase. The returned item must be unused and in as new condition, the packaging must be in as new condition and in resalable condition.

Q. What if I have ordered the wrong size?
A. We will replace the item as long as the original is returned to us within fourteen days of purchase. The returned item must be unused and in as new condition, the packaging must be in as new condition and in resalable condition. Sorry we cannot pay for the return carriage.

Q. If I need to return a defective product?
A. All Mojo products are guarantee against defective manufacture; in the event of breakage please return to our address, which can be found at Contact Us. Please provide your name and address and the date of original purchase if possible. If your product is found to be defective, we will endeavour to dispatch a replacement on the same day as receiving the returns.

Q. Do the holograms differ?
A. Not all holograms are the same. Some bands are equipped with two holograms, others with one. Equine and animal patches are equipped with two holograms per set or pair.
